Position Summary

Responsible for helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. Provide expertise and develop specifications for any gaps in the application, interfaces, and data conversions. Continually grow knowledge of supported technology and product areas to have a clear understanding of current/future technology requirements of a business partner. Maintain and support the applications. Work with onsite and offshore team members to develop programs. Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving. Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups. Provide any ad hoc activities related to the projects and not limited to the above activities. Professionalism and cooperation when working with customers, team members, and management are essential.

Duties

  1. Works with stakeholders to define requirements and to create user specification documents
  2. Serve as a business analyst and project lead on IT projects based on the business plan.
  3. Provides day to day support of the home-grown CRM Application and other custom developed application
  4. Works with business users, IT staff and vendors to analyze and schedule upgrades and enhancements
  5. Maintains software and project documentation with a high degree of professionalism
  6. Provide liaison between business teams and development team.
  7. Develop test plans to test system changes
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with application configurations.
  9. Develops and implements training plans to support applications as required.
  10. Provide escalation support for System Administrators.

Education Degree

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting web-based applications
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in gathering business requirements
  4. 1 year of experience in project management is desired
  5. 1 year of writing SQL Data queries is desired
  6. Experience working in a variety of development methodologies including Agile / SCRUM or other Iterative methodologies
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Mobile Apps development is a plus
  8. Experience with GIT, Jira, and Azure DevOps is a plus
