Position Summary

In this role, you will be an integral member of our team with the responsibility and accountability for ensuring the effective

support of service administration and scheduling of works in line with the service team requirements. You will Assist the

Service Management Team in managing spare parts inventory and documentation.

Duties

1. Assist with Siebel & Oracle data migration.

2. Assist with Siebel implementation and training for the technical service team.

3. Update the services calls spreadsheet into current system.

4. Confirm scheduled visits with customers.

5. Assist the technician team with stock transfers to customers and internally.

6. Build and maintain effective relationships with our regular contractors, tradespeople, and customers.

7. Inventory Control involving coordination of incoming/outgoing goods and stock taking.

8. Perform data entry duties.

9. Coordination of transportation of customer equipment / parts for contracted work.

10. Liaise with customer to finalise details and processing it in the ERP system.

11. Assist the Contracts Team Leader to prepare service contracts and liaise with the customers to finalise the contracts.

12. Raise jobs and purchase orders for service jobs & service contracts.

13. Generate customer invoices.

14. Help Customer Service team during busy periods.

Required Experience

Specific Work Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience within a similar coordinator role.

2. Knowledge of SAPByD and Oracle is preferred.

3. Hours will be 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

4. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

5. A personable individual, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

6. Concentration, Accurate records, highly organised with a keen eye for detail.

7. A proven track record of going above and beyond for others.

8. Proven teamwork experience.

9. Excellent communication, time management skills and telephone manner and skills.

10. Ability to perform under pressure.

11. Good knowledge of Windows OS and proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Words, Excel

12. Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently is required.
