We are currently recruiting for a Validation Technician vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a skilled level in a division that drives the business forwards through providing a best in class engineering service to our customers. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Validation Technician is responsible for the routine validation, and preventative maintenance for STERIS equipment. Travel will be required to customer sites which include hospitals and healthcare clinics, and there will be documentation to complete to a high standard as the products and environments are highly regulated.

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and Validation activities of customers equipment on site
  • Producing Validation documentation for services provided according to QMS and ISO guidelines
  • Management and control of service equipment ensuring equipment is maintained, checked and returned
  • Prioritization of time management to ensure works are completed in a timely manner
  • Preparation and execution of paperwork for service and calibration works
  • Managing and executing assigned service works efficiently
  • Planning travelling to customer sites to arrive in a timely manner
  • Managing and controlling calibration and test equipment as required
  • Accurately completing service paperwork
  • Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety on and off site

    What you will need:

    Valid drivers license - candidates with no driving license and driving experience will not be considered

    Basic to Intermediate computer literacy

    The ability to travel across the UK
