About Us:

STERIS, a leading global provider of products and services are looking for a high performing, motivated Sales Support Team Leader to join our team supporting their key accounts. This role’s purpose is to support STERIS’s vision in creating a healthier and safer world by supporting all pre-sales customer incoming and outgoing enquiries across our Capital products.  This individual provides an outstanding level of Customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure any queries are managed in a timely manner with politeness and professionalism at every stage.

What is involved

Strong experience of export documentation and logistics

Answering incoming calls or e-mails from customers, account managers or any other member of STERIS Healthcare.

Raising Capital orders in the ERP system which includes the separation of billing orders and revenue recognition orders.

Updating CRM with contact with our customers or Account Managers

Creating quotations on Sales Connection for customer who require pricing and advising on availability of products.

Supporting marketing campaigns by making follow-up calls and e-mails to customers

Liaising with the projects team on when products need to be delivered and updating the ERP system/project plans accordingly.

Dispatch and management of EEP inventory

Manage incoming requests through a central mailbox or direct from other associates and distributing these to the team to ensure adequate workload and support of our KPI’s

Participating in continuous improvement activities to ensure the development of our service to our customers.

Hiring, developing and coaching team members and acting as a point of contact for any support them may need.  This includes direct line management and training of new hires.

Required Experience

Experienced Admin Office or Sales Support Team leader

Experience working with Sales teams

Highly computer literate across Microsoft Office applications.  

The applicant should be effective in written and verbal communication, fluent in English is essential.

Self-motivated team worker, flexible attitude, able to organise tasks and work to deadlines. 

Knowledge of the local Healthcare and pharmaceutical GMP environments would be beneficial.

Working knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage.
