We are currently recruiting for a Printer for our Leicester plant. This is an excellent opportunity to join us in a fast-paced production environment where you will be able to showcase your talents in print.

What you will do

The successful candidate will be tasked with producing high quality prints by operating flexographic, rotary screen and flatbed screen printing machinery. The machines are web fed with a sheet or roll output. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to carry out thorough inspection of the printed work.

Printing Operative – Join Our Expert Production Team

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Printing Operative to join our fast-paced, quality-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in printing who is looking to grow within a dynamic, innovative company focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum 2 years of printing experience, ideally within screen printing, rotary screen, or flexographic processes or machines operating experience

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset to help drive production quality and efficiency.

Confident using computer systems and comfortable working with written manufacturing instructions and production documentation.

A commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
