Position Summary

Production Assistant

Duties

• To assist in the organisation of the warehouse in as per GMP requirement.
• To carry out the processing as per the work instruction
• To assist in the preparation of validation exercises
• To report and inform supervisor if there is any non-conformance or abnormality found during the processing.
• To assist as required with the loading/unloading of vehicles as per shipping advise and general movements of goods around the site and processing onto the machine.
• To ensure that goods are properly identified by the labels at all times.
• To segregate products in liaison with the scheduled.
• To construct loads for despatch as directed by Shipping personnel.

• To assists in the organisation of the warehouse to maximise the useable space and ensure all batches to be processed can be clearly identified.
• To maintain a smart, and clean personal appearance.
• To perform any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
• To ensure accuracy of documentation at all times.
• To deputised Supervisor in operations matter on his absence
• To ensure and comply to company rules, company safety, QA procedures and SOPs.
• To support and involve in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities as required.

Education Degree
