Duties

  • Support and develop manufacturing processes of precision micro-optics for medical devices
  • Document work processes and prepare work instructions
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks for production tools and equipment
  • Execute tasks defined by internal and contracted HSE experts
  • Plan and participate in investment projects
  • Conduct technical discussions with suppliers
  • Develop and maintain ISO quality management system
  • Organize and conduct training sessions
  • Supervise measuring instruments

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical field
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Independent and proactive work approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Experience in optics
  • German language skills
  • LEAN knowledge
