Job Title:  Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager/Specialist will support Lead Supply Chain to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the supply, storage and distribution of the goods and products of the business. 
This role will also participate in supply chain initiatives and projects to address continuous improvement opportunities and strive to pursue the excellence service level.

Duties

1.        Work together with Lead Supply Chain, to determine, implement and monitor purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans for the entire Supply Chain Function for ANZ business
2.        Carry out the material planning activities to ensure sales targets are achieved with excellent customer satisfaction.
3.        Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost
4.        Coordinate national inventory tasks including cycle counting, reconciliations, and stock reservations to promote and improve inventory accuracy.
5.        Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
6.        End-to-end coordination of all local and international purchase orders and associated logistics to facilitate continuous supply of product to customers and supporting marketing initiatives
7.        Operate record systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.

Support S&OP outcomes by liaising with other departments to gather and share relevant data, monitor forecast accuracy, and contribute to root cause analysis and recovery plans in conjunction with category, sales, and customer service functions. 
9.        Work with cross functions to resolve customer complaints in quality and delivery to improve customer satisfaction.
10.        Oversee the recording of purchase, storage, and distribution transactions. Maintenance of supply chain related master data in ERP system so that records are retained. 
11.        Support Supply Chain Function on assigned projects / initiatives for continuous improvement

Education Degree

Required Experience

1.    Must have Min 8 years of import and export trade or supply chain working background in medical device supply industry.
2.    Highly experienced with SAP Byd (Min 4 yrs), Oracle and Smoothie.
3.    Highly experienced with Medical Device HS codes, Stink Bug, and customs clearance processes.
4.    Country Level Supply and Logistics Lead experience in medical device industry.
5.    Patience and high attention to detail and high customer service orientation.
6.    High sense of responsibility and effective communication.
7.    Strong ability to manage and meet supply chain demands and sharp deadlines.
8.    Good learning ability and hard-working attitude.
9.    Team player with positive attitude to challenges.
