Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining control over the volume of raw material parts in process and finished products, to ensure pre-determined stock levels. Coordinate cyclical recounting of materials and conciliation of actual inventories vs system records.

Duties

  1. Responsible for the control and distribution of service part orders and their timely entry to the computer system.
  2. Responsible for the input, coordination and maintenance of MRB vendor drop inventory / lists on the Oracle and AS-400 systems.
  3. Responsible of the basic functions of the nonproductive warehouse such as the cyclical inventories, shortages, parameters of the system, max- min, safety stock, etc.
  4. Generates requisitions on system, incorporation from new products to nonproductive warehouse, realize graphics and measurable to have under control de operation.
  5. Administers the capital equipment returned goods program using Oracle and AS-400 systems, Issue Return Goods Authorization for Capital Equipment for return.
  6. Audits and reconciles return good capital company generated inventory reports, which affect the company’s physical level of inventory.

7.      Reconciles all major cyclical inventories and adjustments over $1,000 USD.

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General

Required Experience

  1. Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in inventory control knowledge on manufacturing environments.
  2. Two (2) to four (4) years of experience knowledge shop floor control, materials requirements, planning (MRP), product structures and general knowledge of inventory systems.
  3. Two (2) to four (4) years of experience executing cyclical counts.
  4. Proved experienced handling more than 4,000 sku’s and multilevel Bill of Materials.
  5. Desirable experience managing AS-400 to control de materials flow.

  1. Excellent organizational, communication, team-building, coaching, and decision making skills.
  2. Effective interpersonal and influence management skills to interact with cross-functional team members.
  3. Problem Solving skills.
