Hours: 6:00AM-3:30PM, MON-THURS & 6:00AM-10:00AM, FRI

The Assembler is responsible for maintaining production of Surgical Table products to meet customer requirements.

  1. Employees will operate various packing and filling stations according to quality and safety standards and production needs.
  2. Ensure safe operation by wearing proper PPE, reporting or correcting safety concerns, and recommending changes or improvements.
  3. Identifies need for on equipment maintenance and completes work request for the maintenance department.
  4. Reject non-conforming material using proper procedures.
  5. Operate electric/manual pallet lift, and restock materials as needed.
  6. Pays close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness.
  7. Pays attention to processes or steps leading to the accomplishment of results, and looks for ways to  improve quality, safety, efficiency and/or effectiveness.
  8. Effectively copes with change, and changing priorities, staying focused on achieving key priorities related to safety, quality and delivery/customer needs.
  9. Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team environment to achieve individual and team goals and overall deliverables.

Education Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

Previous experience working in assembly, packaging, chemical environment, manufacturing or relevant fast paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience with reading drawings and schematics in order to assemble products.
  • Previous experience in an environment using Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Material handling experience preferred (i.e., Forklift/pallet lift experience).
