Job Title:  Private Label Intern

Position Summary

We are looking for a Private Label Intern to join our team based in Fidenza.

The asset is resbonsible for supporting the Product Manager International – PVLs & OEM generating leads and expanding the customer base of the organization in alignment with the company core brand strategy.

Helping to build sustainable client relationships and managing the day-to-day operation of the business unit, she/he assures compliance with set standards and procedures, cooperates with different departments within the company and facilitates the overall relationship between company organization and customer organization.

Duties

1.Support all customer relationship activities to ensure delivery of high-quality service.

2.Facilitate interaction between customer and company organization on various and different levels.

3.Collaborate with different departments within the organization and supports interaction with customers.

4.Monitoring and support of order flow, invoicing and shipments.

5.Support in the management and creation of Supply Agreements with customers.

6.Support on the management of new projects.

7.Monitoring of QA and RA issues, collaborating with supportive functions to facilitate communication with the customer.

Required Experience

1.Excellent knowledge of the English language and possibly of a second language between French and German

2.Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular of Excel and Powerpoint.

3.Ability to work in a team, cooperating with the supporting functions to evaluate the different situations and their complexity, finding possible solutions.
