Position Summary

This position leads the full life cycle recruiting activities for multi-level positions in a broad spectrum of functional business areas.  This leader is responsible and leads activities focused on attracting, recruiting and hiring qualified employees for HuFriedyGroup in a timely, cost-effective manner that ensures appropriate staffing levels for the company.  The principle challenge of this position is to use creativity and resourcefulness to find and hire the necessary quantity and quality of staff in a changing labor market within industry benchmarks for cost per hire, time to fill, and quality of hire.  This position is also responsible for working in partnership with the hiring managers to identify the workforce requirements and determine the necessary resource loading required to complete the company’s corporate objectives to best identify the highest impact positions to fulfill more quickly while also supporting the company’s goals for diversity inclusion in the workforce.  

Responsibilities

•    Develop, direct, and execute effective recruiting strategies to ensure sourcing, selection, and on-boarding of top-quality talent
•    Build strong consultative working relationships with hiring managers and partner with them to understand their business needs and develop appropriate staffing strategies
•    Build talent pipelines for critical roles and develop recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective manner
•    Provide strategic and tactical team leadership and guidance to deliver high quality candidates and hires across the organization
•    Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for timely delivery of top-quality talent and to meet hiring plan deadlines
•    Identify and leverage best-in-class strategies for utilization of social media in TA strategy
•    Develop, implement, and leverage effective models/processes, tools, technology and vendors to drive exceptional hiring decisions and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
•    Implement consistent recruiting, interviewing & hiring practices that drive TA efficiency and productivity
•    Deliver high-quality recruiting results based on metrics and, likewise, provide management reports summarizing internal trends and progress toward recruiting objectives
•    Determine and establish team resourcing that supports workload and workflow of all functional Talent Acquisition activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 5-7 years' experience in a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition related role, preferably in a leadership role
  • 3-5 years' experience working in ADP Recruiting Management platform/Acquire TM
  • Experience working in the medical device industry is desired
  • Full-cycle, high-volume corporate recruiting experience, with emphasis on quality results and the ability to work independently
  • Advanced experience with talent acquisition systems and technologies
  • Internet savvy and experienced in social media and networking
  • Excellent project management skills, with strong business acumen
  • Ability to articulate, develop, and implement Talent Acquisition strategies 
  • Excellent communication, influence, and people leadership skills
  • Proven track record of effectively influencing and navigating across organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships that produce results
