Position Summary

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll do just that.

Full training and support is provided in order to help you reach your full potential. This means, no previous experience is required, you’ll learn the role as you work.

You will also have the opportunity to learn a wide range of key skills and experiences. Such as data and administration as well as Customer service.

The Customer Service Apprentice will process Customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring that they are correct and accurate. They will also be flexible with an enthusiastic attitude to work with highly effective communication skills.

Full training on the role is provided so experience as a Sales Administrator whilst beneficial, is not a requirement.

Duties

  • Processing sales orders.
  • Proactively build key relationships with existing and new Customers.
  • Creating and maintaining sales parts in the company system.
  • Assisting in the development and provision of Customer reports.
  • Resolving any discrepancies in the sales process.

Required Experience

  • GCSE’S/A Levels
  • Good physical strength and hand eye co-ordination may be required
  • Good time management.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving & troubleshooting abilities.
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork and able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent timekeeping skills
  • Commitment to completing the apprenticeship and obtaining a qualification
  • A Passion for learning.
