Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator supports the management of critical business systems owned by the Business & Sales Operations team – primarily Salesforce.com. Admin will own implementing changes and enhancements to our Salesforce platform and operational systems, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions that enable all Digital Workflow Solutions teams goals and objectives. Admin must have a technology & process focused mindset with proven ability to analyze, design and maintain technology that supports business processes. Support working with stakeholders across the business, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. 

What You'll Do as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Responsible for administration, configurations and implementations of Salesforce.com capabilities across the Digital Workflow Solution business. 
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Management of integrated applications and third-party tools like Pardot, CPQ, FinancialForce/Certinia.

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

  • Minimum two years’ experience in Salesforce.com and related applications.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Salesforce Admin certification in-process or completed certification required
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Designing scalable, best practice solutions
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions

Working Conditions

Home Based

Pay range for this opportunity is $58,012.50 - $75,075.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
