Summary

The Supervisor, Customer Insights is responsible for the development and performance of on-site analysis and solution delivery activities to customer facilities with a focus on efforts to reduce the need/number of Device and Instrument repairs. This individual administers, coordinates, and controls the day to day activities for a team of Customer Insights Analysts within an assigned region. This supervisor will cover Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio. 

What you will do as a Supervisor, Onsite Support

  • Manages the development and performance of on-site analysis and solution delivery activities to assigned facilities with a focus on efforts to provide cost savings to the hospital by ensuring all surgical tools are functioning properly for their intended purpose.
  • Identifies areas for training and process improvement, project and workload management as well as any additional areas identified by Management to Customer Insight Analysts within an assigned region Participates in the interviewing and hiring of new employees
  • Plans, assigns, and directs work of current employees and participates in the appraising of employee performance Works closely with Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Managers to ensure Customer Insight Analysts are meeting customer and STERIS IMS management expectations
  • Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures of the Department of Health, JCAHO, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, AORN standards, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Instructions for Use (IFUs). 
  • Complies with STERIS IMS policies and procedures while also adhering to policies and procedures of facility 

Required Experience

 

  • Associates degree required with 10 years’ experience required or Bachelors degree with 6 years' experience or High School diploma and Sterile Processing Certifications(CBSPD or IAHCSMM) with 14 years’ experience
  • In lieu of degree, high school diploma and Sterile Processing Certifications (CBSPD or IAHCSMM) with 14 years’ experience
  • 1-2 years clinical experience required Intermediate to expert understanding of medical instrumentation and devices.

 

  • Must be knowledgeable and able to work efficiently within the Microsoft Office suite (including Word and Excel).
  • Must be capable of learning and working efficiently in ERP systems.
  • Must be capable of learning additional software as required.
  • CCSVP certification preferred SPD Technician Certification preferred.
  • Must maintain valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance to meet travel requirements.
  • Must have acceptable driving record.

Pay range for this opportunity is $78,200.00 - $101,200.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. 

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
