The Role

STERIS Life Sciences is seeking a results-driven and collaborative Demand Generation Manager to work directly with colleagues in global Sales, Marketing and Product Management to execute campaigns designed to bring awareness and lead the organization’s demand generation of net new business. In this role, you will lead all activities related to promotion and lead generation activities that leverage the STERIS Life Sciences website, Content Management Systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and digital marketing. You will promote products and services, generate leads, build brand awareness and provide online Customer support tools for STERIS Life Sciences products and services globally. What You Will Do

STRATEGY

  • Owns STERIS Life Sciences’ digital marketing roadmap from visioning to advocacy and implementation
  • Ensures brand consistency across digital channels
  • Monitors competition and develops differentiated and relevant digital strategies to increase leads and sales opportunities

MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT 

  • Measures and reports engagement KPIs with the goal of delivering ROI
  • Increases knowledge of digital trends, technologies with the aim of enhancing the STERIS Life Sciences marketing technology tools
  • Manages and motivates digital marketing team to achieve goals and invests in professional growth
  • Prepares and manages digital budget for Life Sciences
  • Supervises digital marketing vendors including budget, and vendor performance

PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES 

  • Develops and executes short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline. Manages lead generation and interfaces with marketing and sales operations to encourage business growth
  • Responsible for managing social media accounts
  • Liaises with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to drive global digital initiatives
  • Manages and improves online content with a data-driven approach
  • Improves SEO rankings for Life Sciences website and content

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism
  • At least four years related digital marketing experience with CMS, content development, SEO, lead gen and associated marketing digital technologies
  • Two years DEMONSTRATED SUCCESS managing social media
  • Two years managing outside development partners
