Position Summary

Provides project management support to contracted customers including project plan identification and development for cost savings initiatives.


This position typically supports multiple hospital accounts or accounts with multiple hospital sites with an emphasis on the following responsibilities:

  • Identifies and develops plans for implementing specials projects that directly impact the contracted facility’s operational and capital budget.
  • Documents cost saving initiatives, total monies saved and reports potential barriers to implementation.
  • Provides on-site support training and communication in accordance with TJC, IAHCSMM, OSHA, CDC, AAMI and AORN standards and facilities goals and policies.
  • Tracks and reports project level success metrics, including issues tracking and resolution.
  • Ensures completion of project deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  • Analyzes and resolves issues that have the potential to jeopardize the ability to meet agreed upon deliverables.
  • Participates in the research and communication of industry trends and standards.
  • Interfaces with internal staff and leadership on project implementation expectations and requirements.
  • Completes weekly status reports and monthly team reports to use for goal management.
