Position Summary

The Manager of Evidence-Based Marketing is responsible for providing input to the strategic planning process as well as the implementation and execution of initiatives designed to position HuFriedyGroup (HFG) as a trusted advisor within infection prevention and control.



  • Implementation support of company-wide product and sales training curricula that support the strategic business unit’s goals and results in increased knowledge, skills and capabilities of both employees and customers.
  • Under guidance from the Director, develops resources to generate scientific, clinical, and economic evidence that differentiates the company’s portfolio of products and services and helps customers reduce the risk of preventable infections, and control associated costs.​
  • Develops marketing collateral and utilizes interactive tools that are designed to foster consultative selling across the company.
  • Coordinate initiatives designed to drive advocacy, build partnerships, and influences treatment guidelines. Activities will include the organization and partnership with key opinion leaders, monitoring regulatory guidelines and industry trends, and driving key initiatives with professional organizations and associations. Coordinate key activities at speaker and association events, tradeshows, conferences & conventions.

  • Aid the Marketing and Brand Management team in its development and implementation of communications and media tactics designed to drive omnichannel engagement with customers and position HFG as a trusted advisor.
  • Assist with go to market strategy of innovative product launches that are consistent with the company’s strategic growth plans.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process to allow the business to achieve its business goals.
  • Create and contribute to an atmosphere that supports the company’s core values.

Education Degree

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive marketing experience. 3-5 years of either dental or medical device experience is a plus.
  • Ability to aid with the design of refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures that are presentable to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent people skills to enable the creation of long-lasting working relationships with external stakeholders, such as customers, and facilitate smooth collaboration with functions internally.
