Job Title: Electrosurgical Territory Manager

Department: Domestic Sales

Reports To: National Sales Manager- Electrosurgery

Position Summary

The Electrosurgical Territory Manager will drive the sales of US Endoscopy’s electrosurgical and capital products and affiliated disposables into a specific geographic territory.  The Electrosurgical Territory Manager will provide on-going educational support to US Endoscopy’s customers as to the proper use and understanding of our products.  Also, the Electrosurgical Territory Manager will be the primary contact for customers to resolve business transactional issues, resolve product issues, troubleshoot products, and provide ongoing support.

Duties

  • Sales, in-servicing, and ongoing support of US Endoscopy’s Products
  • Resolving customer’s needs and issues
  • Conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner according to Steris’ code of conduct.
  • Timely completion and reporting of market conditions, customer feedback, competitive information, and Marketing needs. 
  • Maintain account and territory information.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support of US Endoscopy capital equipment.
  • Return defective equipment and file appropriate complaint paperwork per guidelines.
  • Generation of Pricing Agreements and Customer Quotes.
  • Maintain expenses per Company guidelines.
  • Routinely communicate with management about territory conditions, pipeline opportunities, competitive information, and market feedback.
  • Maintain territory at or above sales quota.
  • Maintain and update electrosurgical forecast tracker which will be used to track sales progress and overall pipeline.

 

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Other
