To support the provision of a shared function delivering central payroll services to the UK businesses. 

Position Summary

To participate in the completion of all payrolls including the production of financial reports, costings and provision of RTI data to HMRC.

Participate in the set up of new hires and ensure that HMRC requirements are met.

Liaising with both employees and 3rd party providers

to update the payroll system with accurate employee data such as changes to salary, personal data and terminations.

Maintain the employee database to reflect current legislation and 3rd party compliance

to participate in the management of the UK Payroll Shared Inbox and respond to and, if required, investigate and analyse any issues.

Participate in the regular review of all payroll activities to ensure effectiveness and that all processes are documented. 

Assist with the completion of the annual P11D reporting exercise.

update the payroll database with employee absence data and when necessary liaise with Line Managers and/or HR Operations to advise of long-term absence status.

to assist and support in other areas and participate in ad-hoc projects when required.
