What You Will Do

• Reprocess surgical trays post-surgery; ensuring they are decontaminated, cleaned, inspected, sterilized, correctly assembled within a timely manner and ready for the next case
• Operate sterile processing washers, sterilizers, ultrasonic and drying cabinets
• Participate in regular on-site training

What You Need to Be Successful

• Actively enrolled in an accredited high school or equivalent program and/or has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required but must be enrolled in a Sterile Processing program through a high school or technical college.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude.
• Ability to work daily in a fast-paced, high pressure Healthcare Service environment.
• Always communicates in a professional manner.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate flexibility to work in all areas of the department as directed during training and to meet production demands.
