Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for initiating and leading talent acquisition efforts to include full life cycle recruiting, developing and executing a broad-based sourcing strategy, and ultimately delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business. Responsibilities will also include tracking and reporting on key metrics, driving process improvements, leading recruiting and HR effectiveness initiatives, and building a strong relationship with functional HR leaders, business leaders, and hiring managers.


  • Partners with front line supervisors and managers to provide full life cycle recruiting services. Develops and executes strategies to source and select the best talent in the market, efficently and cost effectively. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manages a diverse requisition load primarily consisting of both no-exempt and exempt positions.
  • Partners with HR and hiring managers, develops an understanding of assigned positions and business groups. Identify required skills, experience, and competencies, as well as other intangible job profile preferences.
  • Identifies sourcing channels to generate talent for active requisitions. Develop a network of potential candidates or referral sources and uses internet search techniques to identify and engage potential talent.
  • Develop and implement effective, leading edge sourcing strategies. Leverage a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search, and other social media. Identify key diversity sourcing tools to ensure we are attracting a diverse pool of talent.
  • Identifies and builds talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Understands the candidate market and performs competitive analysis, makes recommendations.
  • Serve as company liaison to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image.
  • Participates in projects within the Talent Acquisition department. Supports programs for assigned requisitions or business groups, such as interns, college recruiting, diversity, etc. IND123  #LI - GH1

Education Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

  • B.A. or B.S degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or search firm setting.
  • Experience managing a diverse and complex requisition load, including a variety of non-exempt and exempt level positions.
  • Able to work with hiring managers to advise them during the interview and selection process.
  • Sourcing experience leveraging varying forms of recruitment technology and techniques such as job boards, social media, open web sourcing etc.
  • Working experience with applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of equal opportunity legislation and diversity and inclusion employment practices in region.
  • AAP/OFCCP compliance preferred (US).
