  1. Performs key activities related to recruiting marketing including; research to identify sourcing and recruitment advertising job boards, blogs, schools, social media, etc.
  2. Schedules phone and onsite interviews, organizes travel arrangements for candidates and handles other logistics related to candidate interviews
  3. Manages/supports assigned programs including interns and employee referral program. Leads planning and coordination of career fairs and other events.
  4. Maintains function process and procedure documents.
  5. Develop, generate and distribute reports. Provides ad hoc reports and program summaries as needed

Education Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

  1. Typical experience would include a minimum of 2+ years of human resources or talent acquisition.
  2. Significant experience with leading talent acquisition projects to completion is a plus.
  3. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or human capital management systems, experience with Success Factors a plus
  4. Experience tracking, gathering and compiling data as well as report generation
