Position Summary
Leads the development of applications and technology based solutions that streamline, standardize and measure the effectiveness of key business processes. Also, leads the development of key business (Customer and Operational Effectiveness Metrics) through an in-depth understanding and liaison with cross-functional managers/members of the organization. Develop KPIs and data visualizations to manage objective outcomes for the organization. Develop and pilot exploratory reporting to monitor / measure impact of various tactical and strategic initiatives.
Duties

- Leads the development of key business (Customer and Operational Effectiveness) Metrics through an in-depth understanding and liaison with cross-functional managers/members of the organization. In addition, will provide management with recommendations based on in-depth analysis.
Education Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business
Experience
- 5-10 years of data analysis experience & process improvement (developing /designing technology based solutions)
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI, Snowflake experience preferred.
- Strong SQL & Query writing skills.
- Experience in developing business process metrics.
- Experience in defining data warehouse requirements
- Project management skills required.
- Ability to be a self-starter; excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation is mandatory, Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Certified Tableau Desktop Associate credentials preferred.
- Requires strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving skills.
Pay range for this opportunity is $60,060 - $90,279. This position is eligible for BONUS PARTICIPATION.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
Our Healthcare Customers are federally mandated (by Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services or CMS) requiring vendors to have the COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption. There are select Customers who do not accept any exceptions. Unvaccinated Associates may be excluded from working at a Customer site, require routine testing with an approved exemption (if accepted by the Customer) or have limited Customer access impacting their ability to remain employed.
