Position Summary

The Product Service Representative primary focus is on the Customer and focusing on product sales and support including assisting Customers in identifying product needs (both Human and Vet). The Product Service Representative will provide Customer quotes as well as sample requests. This position also provides support to the sales team in product related matters.

  1. Responds to Customer inquiries regarding various products.
  2. Creates necessary paperwork to process an order:
  • Verification of bill to information.
  • Verification of ship to information.
  • Verification of purchase order information.
  • Verification of freight and payment terms.
  • Verification of pricing.
  • Verification of miscellaneous Customer notes.
  1. Checks product availability and follows up with Customer backorders, etc.
  2. Resolves warranty issues.
  3. Provides Manufacturer’s instructions for Use as requested by Customer.

Works on additional department projects.

Education Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
  1. Associates degree in Business or related area preferred.
  2. 2 years experience in customer service or sales related areas.
  3. Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
  4. Excellent written and communication skills.
  5. Building Trust.
  6. Collaboration.
  7. Sales Ability/Persuasiveness.
  8. Customer Focus.
