The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and innovative thinking to support hiring across your assigned lines of business. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for owning and developing relationships with key stakeholders, optimizing the delivery of TA services, and managing a team of recruiters. This role will be influential and can shape recruiting strategies for their assigned businesses.  The ideal manager will be a subject matter expert at the forefront of the TA profession, have previous TA management experience, and will have a "roll up your sleeves" approach. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will maintain the trust of your business leaders by leveraging an innovative, response, and collaborative approach.

Ideally this role will be in Birmingham, AL.   Other locations in the US will be considered if near a hub location.   Role can be remote (home based), with 15% travel required. 

Responsibilities

•    Manage a team of 6 professionals, with a focus on providing coaching, collaborative support and guidance on alignment to recruiting practices and process to expectations 
•    Leverage reporting and data to identify insights on service delivery and spot trends on key outputs and processes.
•    Partner with your assigned lines of business to understand upcoming recruiting needs, business objectives, and initiatives 
•    Continually seek out ways to motivate, reward, engage and develop your recruiter team.
•    Lead various TA project or initiatives including one you identify and make the case for. 
•    Influence business leaders by providing market data that supports problem solving, key hiring initiatives or decision making. 
•    Collaborate with the TA leadership team to support the continuous improvement of the recruiting process and candidate experience. 
•    You will help to foster an environment that is centered around operational efficiency and quality. 
•    Support TA leadership with ROI of tools and with preparation of business cases as needed to support strategic investments.   
   

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager of people
  • Minimum of 8 years as a recruiter
  • Prior experience leading TA initiatives (projects)
  • Certification in HR or TA
  • Previous experience with diversity recruiting and advanced sourcing capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in change management efforts
  • Preferred experience within healthcare recruitment

 Pay range for this opportunity is $90,250.00 - $121,485.00. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Full-Time Employees are also eligible for short-term disability.  Full-time Employees will also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service and paid Holidays. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
