Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Corporate Sales Representative I has responsibility to manage sales and Customer activities in an assigned territory.  Expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by building relationships, understanding Customer needs, selling repair services and products, and prospecting revenue opportunities.

Duties
  1. The Corporate Sales Representative I has responsibilities to manage sales and Customer activities, in an assigned territory, by contacting them via the telephone, emailing campaigns and Webinar presentations.
  2. Expected to achieve a maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by understanding Customer needs building relationships, effectively selling the company’s repair services and products, and strategically prospecting revenue opportunities (approximately 75% of his/her time will be spent prospecting).
  3. Works collaboratively with Corporate Product Managers, on location team, Customer Care, and Account Managers to identify and close new business.
  4. Works effectively with Customer Service team members assigned to his/her territory, including facilitating introductions with Customers and making sure the Customer Service team member is aware of individual Customer site protocols as well as unique needs of individual Customers.
  5. Responsible for providing the following services to accounts in territory:
    1. Quarterly Business Reviews
    2. Proactive Maintenance Inspections
    3. Departmental Evaluation
  6. Updates the IMS CRM system as required to document Customer information, sales activities, purchase orders, and other information required by the Company
  7. Creates and delivers a quarterly business review to senior managers and colleagues
  8. Conducts quarterly/annual account reviews with each Customer via webinar or in person if drivable
  9. Collects POs within prescribed time frames so that business can be properly billed
  10. Resolves Customer service issues such as tracking down delayed repairs, billing issues, etc.
  11. Investigates and resolves more serious Customer service issues, if needed, by working collaboratively with Service partners, and/or escalating as needed.
  12. Identifies and pursues opportunities for new business and either close independently or bring in the appropriate resources to maximize changes of winning the business.
Education Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
  1. Preferred 1+  years successful sales experience (proven track record of achieving goals).
  2. Medical device/Service Sales/B to B desirable but not required.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
  4. Position may require working vehicle compliant with Company requirements which includes certain levels of insurance (where applicable) and Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  5. Must possess working Smart phone (allowance will be provided)
  6. No objection to GPS tracking (will be on phone or vehicle)
  7. Required to work non standard hours that can vary to meet Customer needs (weekends, evening)
  8. Must be willing to take a Sales Caliper Assessment.
  9. Required to travels  - up to 25% and overnight.
