Position Summary

Responsible for delivering and coordinating all human resource activities and initiatives for the Instrument Processing division.  Support the management teams in assigned client groups to drive an engaging culture, define organizational needs, determine the training and development needs and strategy, determine hiring needs, resolve employee issues, and contribute to the achievement of the overall business objectives.  This individual must possess the ability to quickly grasp the business objectives and strategies of multiple client groups and leverage human resources capabilities to support the achievement of those objectives.

  • Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
  • 5  plus years of progressive Human Resources experience with a minimum of 2-3 years servicing in a Sr. HR Generalist capacity supporting one or several business groups. 
  • Demonstrated success translating business goals into organizational and HR strategies and actions.
  • Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions (preferably in a large, complex corporate environment).
  • Experience with process improvement approaches (Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Experience working across a complex organizational matrix and working in a team environment.
  • Experience with Successfactors or similar HRIS preferred, leveraging an employee and manager self-service model.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
