Position Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance & Technical Service Manager to join our team based in Biassono (MB). He/she will managing the maintenance and technical department; delivering both reactive and proactive services in order to minimize the downtimes; ensuring that services are delivered with the highest level of efficiency possible, also ensuring strict adherence to existing procedures and quality and safety requirements
Duties
•To develop and implement the best maintenance strategies in accordance with internal procedures and to improveplants' reliability and productivity
•To plan and supervise maintenance and technical activities
•To prepare a preventive maintenance and periodical review plan through faults analysis and their potential impact on the process/customer.
•To develop, implement and manage KPIs
•Carry out daily and weekly performance checks to ensure services are delivered properly
•To manage all the activities related to installation of new equipment/systems
•To manage disposal of obsolete materials in a safe manner in accordance with disposal laws and requirements
•To manage external personnel and contractors
•To ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety and Environmental regulations
•To ensure all the personnel is aware and compliant with Health and Safety requirements
•To manage properly spare parts availability in accordance with the 5S program, in conformity with Quality procedure, ensuring good stock levels at all times

•To cooperate with the other departments to carry out investigations on equipment’s in order to define NCs root cause
•To make sure activities aimed at verifying quality of equipment/sites are carried out in due time in accordance with procedures
•To guarantee technical assistance 24h, 365 days a year
•To cooperate both with Technical and Production department to introduce and develop solutions
•To produce and submit management documentations on time
•To monitor expenses and check the Budget
•To guide staff promoting continuous improvement, innovation and corrective actions
•To keep, motivate and improve quality of the staff
•To ensure personnel is suitable for business and customers’ needs
•To ensure personnel is properly trained and suitable for the position covered
•Maintaining and improving employees' motivation and skillset assigning them objectives and projects, periodically monitoring and reviewing performances and results
Education Degree
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree in Engineering Management or Engineering General
Experience and competencies
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Electrical / electronic and mechanical skills
- Leadership skills for leading a team, manage performance
- Problem solving skills
- Developing and monitoring KPIs
- Ability to (re)process data
- Good communication skills
- English language – speaking and writing
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Availability to travel
