Job Title:  Engineering Data Analyst

Position Summary

For our E -Beam plant in Biassono we are hiring an Associate Data Analyst.

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing solutions for electron beams and x-rays accelerators across EMEA and Europe working with senior leaders with technical data collection (KPI and fault events) to be used for supporting plants performance analysis and repair/improvement plans.

The Data Analyst will develop and deploy high quality in-house reporting for supporting team decision and evaluations.

The Data Analyst will develop technical data dashboard for providing immediate visibility of equipment behavior and trends. Should also be able to travel freely and communicate with individuals where English is not the common language

Duties

1. Work together with STERIS subject-matter experts and suppliers to define and implement suitable solutions for efficient and automatic technical data collection of electron beam accelerators and x-rays system.  
2. Obtain full briefings of reporting requirements from EMEA Head of Engineering and Regional Engineering Managers
3. Create reports gathering data from Mevex control system (PTMS, event viewer, etc.), Vorne Dashboard, ODMS, and other tools when available/required
4. Monitoring and sharing of periodic (weekly) system performances.
5. Analyse each single process interruption occurence and provide necessary information for further technical analysis.
6. Use defined software (e.g. Mathlab) for statistical data analysis.
7. Create and maintain sites major parameters technical dashboards.
8. Analyse site troughput against theoretical maximum troughput and support Rad_Eng Team efforts to maximize site efficiency
9. Create process throughput reports
10. Monitor dose and energy trends, providing suitable trends and alert messages.

Education

Preferred Experience

• Theoretical/Practical skills to understand and use data elaboration analysis tools (e.g. Mathlab)  
• Technical/Engineering skills to understand ebeam and x-rays machines related data.
