What Difference You Will Make

As our business grows, we are looking to further strengthen our business in Thailand by hiring a Country Service Lead to increase service revenue, improve Customer satisfaction and provide technical advice and support for our Dealers and Customers in Thailand.


Reporting into the Regional Director, you will work closely with Regional Service Managers and Tech Support to provides User Training and troubleshooting support for Dealers and Customers. You will also be responsible to oversee Equipment Installation, Service and Repair for all ranges of STERIS Medical Equipment, including, but not limited to Central Sterilization Supply Department (CSSD), Operating Theatre (OT) and Endoscopy Procedure room products as required. You will assist in securing new business and retaining current business in the country.

What You Will Do


  • Deliver operational excellence in after sales service. 
  • Provide service support to dealers and Customers to ensure business growth. Strategize and develop excellent service solutions to continually promote brand image.
  • Provide technical support to dealers and Customers through email, telephone and on-site support when required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Customer satisfaction, streamline service processes, and optimize dealer service productivity.
  • Develop and track dealer KPI.
  • Develop and promote service products/equipment and service contracts to both dealers and Customers to increase service revenue and to achieve service sales target.
  • Support troubleshooting, repair, modification, overhaul, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems components. Perform installations as required.
  • Conduct dealer service training and end user training when required.
  • Submit yearly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Manage dealer's spare parts inventory to support service demand. 
  • Update installed base file in a timely manner.

Your Expertise


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
  • Adequate hands-on technical service experience with medical equipment.
  • Experience in conducting training programs for technicians and nurses is preferred.
  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity are necessary to manipulate tools and equipment to perform essential functions.
  • Customer orients and focused.
  • Team management experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English & Thai is required. 

What You Will Need


  • Travels within Thailand. Possess own car with valid driving license.
  • Domestic travel required 70% of time and international travel required 5% of time.
