Position Summary
The Andalusian Healthcare Account Manager will lead the growth and protection of existing business along Andalusia and Extremadura within Healthcare Facilities.
She/he will be responsible of all Healthcare Business Units (IPT, Surgical Solutions and Endo) and will drive new business:
- creating STERIS values
- dealing with dealers and KOLs
- being fully Customer focued
The Andalusian Heathcare Account Manager will work together and integrated with the rest of the team (Executives Account Managers), under the general strategy designed by the Sales Manager, to improve the Business. His/Her work will be developed mainly visiting Customers and providing weekly reports.
Duties
As part of activities:
• Collaborates in developing and executing a yearly business plan in his/her territory, according to Sales Manager strategy
• Participates in preparing quotations and technical documents for public tenders and Customers
• Submits and executes and accurate forecast for all products on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Achieves all revenue, gross margin, and focus product objectives established by the different Business Units
