Sales Manager

Job Description:

1.  In combination with Asia Regional Director and Malaysia Commercial Manager, establishes a business strategy for Malaysia for profitable sales growth of a min 10% on a base revenue of MYR 90 M in FY21.This will be achieved through Key Account Management and Customer satisfaction, by generating profitable growth for the STERIS AST business.

2. Improve Customer engagement and increase Customer Satisfaction, increase sales call to all Customers especially the Top 20 key Customers to build stronger rapport and engagement

3.  Support field Sales activity with joint visits and updating market information, evaluating needs and establish stronger rapport. Fully integrate the OTOG business imperative in to Sales & Marketing principles with not less than 3 OTOG visit per month

4.   Manage all sales and business development activities including marketing campaigns.  Liaison with marketing department regarding advertising and promotion of key value propositions and support to develop effective sales support tool for the team

5.  Maintains customer database (CRM) by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing monthly reports. Always keep first hand and updated Customer information in Customer Database

6. Establish and deploy effective strategies for Strategic Account Management and strategic business partnership manged by min 4 QBR's per year

7.    Establish and deploy effective sales strategies for X-ray technology introduction/ conversion and SEO cycle optimization

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirement 

1.. Strategic key Account Management skill and experience within a regulated Business discipline (3-5 years)

2.   Increase the financial literacy & vocabulary for business and work with emphasizing on the importance of business units in achieving corporate business objective ( 2-3 Years)

3.Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English and well versed in other local languages- Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

5.    Creative & critical thinking, able to analyze in detail and think of short/ long term impact. -Support in sales budgeting, sales forecasting & business strategy planning

6. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

7.      Ability to influence people in their opinions, attitude or judgements; to generalize, evaluate and make decisions in stressful situations.
