Position Summary

 

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team, focusing on sales and service operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales and service processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include authoring business reports, designing and creating Tableau dashboards, performing data analysis, and presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and drive projects to improve overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

 

  • Analyze sales and service data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track sales and service performance metrics. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and resolve operational bottlenecks. 
  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales and service technologies, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption. 
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales and service systems.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement through data analysis and process optimization.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, providing insights to drive decision-making.
  • Support the development of training materials and provide training to sales and service staff on new processes and tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to sales and service operations.
     

What You'll Need to Be Successful

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (business or statistics)
  • 3+ years as an analyst in a professional setting using the following skillsets:
    • Report Authoring
    • Data modeling and analysis
    • Dashboard design (Tableau)
  • Problem-solving and process improvement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent contributor
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
     

Hybrid role (Tuesday and Thursday onsite)
