Position Summary

We are looking for a Clinical specialist to join our STERIS team. He/she will be a reference contact person for the Customers, the sales team and the sales network, regards to clinical and product knowledge. He/she will support Customer in the use of the STERIS solutions, explaining features and benefits, including a strong presence in the CSSD and Endoscopy arena. He/she will help Customers in solving issues they might face during the supply. He/she will support the tendering process, through the preparation of technical documents.

Duties

  1. Performs in service, courses, demos, hospital staff training for the use of the products.
  2. Regularly visits Customers to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, guiding the Customer in the correct use of the products and answering technical questions
  3. Supports internal sales team training
  4. Helps maintaining the technical documentation up to date and organized for easy retrieval, including the translation or validation of some regulatory, marketing, and training materials
  5. Supports the delivery of technical documents for tenders, together with the sales team
  6. Supports organization of congresses including presence and demos at the stand
  7. Supports MKT activities from a Clinical perspective, both internally (new businesses integration)  and externally (Customer events)

Education Degree

  • Master's Degree

Required Experience

  • 2 or more years of work experiece in areas such as: Clinical Specialist, Sales Specialist, Field Service Engineer, Product Specialist
  • Experience in performing in service, courses, demos, hospital staff training
  • Experience in manage Customer's visit to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, guiding the Customer
  • Able to mantain the technical documentation up to date
